You’d have thought a lecturer at the University of Leicester might have a little more common sense than to spend all his time ringing a member of my family, telling them that their car isn’t worth it’s asking price!

The aformentioned (and I quote!) “prick” claims the car will need servicing? No shit sherlock! Did it take a degree to work that out?

People who want something for nothing, if you want a clapped out old banger - then go buy one, if you want a well looked after car, then stump up the cash you fool!!!

Yesterday evening was spent at the cinema seeing Mr and Mrs Smith, not the people - the film you fool! Definitely a film for the big screen!

After leaving the darkness of the cinema, thoughts turned to food. Remembering that the local watering hole had a Curry Night on a Wednesday 6pm-10pm off we headed.

On arriving at the aforementioned public house, our intent to partake in the tradition of a curry and a pint was signified to the barman! Only for him to scuttle off into the kitchen and come back shaking his head!!

We were promptly informed that there was a problem in the kitchen (despite the fact people around us had just finished eating!), upon enquiring what the problem was were told it was “Too hot in the kitchen”. We promptly left and put a call in to Domino’s who were only too happy to oblige in delivering a fine meal!
